Questions
- What happens after the photographer’s 3 months?
- The delivery gallery is meant as a viewing window. Clients can take it over as a 10-year archive for 99 PLN before it expires. Photographers can also buy another 3-month window if needed.
- Why a 20 GB cap on 10-year galleries?
- Long-term storage has a real cost. 20 GB covers a typical wedding JPEG set. If a gallery is larger, contact us — we do not sell overage yet.
- Are originals included?
- Yes. Clients can download original-resolution files when the photographer enables downloads on the share link.
- Do I need a USB drive or hard disk?
- No. The gallery lives in the cloud. Open it from phone, tablet, TV, or web — one gallery, always available, wherever you are.
- Can I take over a gallery my photographer already created?
- Yes. Open the share link and choose Keep this gallery. You pay 99 PLN for 10 years and 20 GB. Ownership stays with the photos; you keep access.
- Where can I open the gallery?
- Web, phone, tablet, and TV work today. A native app is on the way — labelled Available soon wherever we mention it.
