Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the evermoments platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to photographs and content you upload to evermoments.

By uploading content, you grant evermoments a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.

You represent that you have the right to upload and share all content in your galleries.

Galleries & Billing

evermoments sells per-gallery access, not a monthly studio subscription. Photographers pay 30 PLN for a 3-month delivery gallery. Clients pay 99 PLN for a 10-year archive gallery with a 20 GB storage cap.

A client may take over a photographer-created gallery and extend it to a 10-year archive for 99 PLN, subject to the same 20 GB cap.

Prices are in Polish zloty (PLN). Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused galleries cancelled within 14 days of purchase.

After a delivery gallery’s 3-month window ends, access may be withdrawn unless the gallery is extended or taken over as an archive.

Limitation of Liability

evermoments is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
